Service registration requires payment as specified. Payment plans are available and must be completed before service completion. All fees are non-refundable after 30 days from registration except as specified in our policies.

Publishing Class is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee publishing success or specific results. Publishing outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.
We reserve the right to terminate services if you violate these terms or engage in inappropriate conduct.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in Pennsylvania courts.
